CHLMAT411: Research and present the doctrine of Pneumatology (20 hours)

The person, work and role of the Holy Spirit in the lives of modern day believers can be a point of contention amongst Christians. 

Whilst all would agree that the Holy Spirit is meant to reveal Christ and thereby create unity in the body of Christ there is instead much division around the topic of the Holy Spirit. Why? 

In an atmosphere of humility and curiosity, we explore what the scriptures have to say about the person and work of the Holy Spirit, as well as what the practical applications are, for believers today. Our content includes:

• Speaking in tongues

• Gifts of the Holy Spirit

• Cessationist and continuationist theology

• The work of the Holy Spirit in the church

• Personhood and divinity of the Holy Spirit
